Hi! So I decided to drag my butt out of bed today to get presents wrapped for Christmas. Geoff, for any of you who don't know is my fiancee, and I went to see Star Wars with his family on Friday night and then had my family Christmas party yesterday while running around to do some shopping in between so I was a little tired this morning. But I somehow mustered up the energy without any coffee and got it done! I tend to get a little stressed out around this time of year so it's nice to have one more thing crossed off my to do list. I have been seeing so many people using Kraft paper to wrap presents this year so I thought I would try it out myself. I love how they turned out although the paper is a little bit harder to wrap with because it's thicker than most wrapping papers. One tip is to use packaging tape instead of regular tape so that it stays better. I just bought a roll of Kraft paper from Michael's along with some ribbons and name tags. All the ribbons were 70% off and I found the wood tags for $0.49 each, score! I didn't put them under a Christmas tree because I decided not to put one up this year. My kitties like to eat every decoration I put up! Anyway, if you used Kraft paper to wrap your presents let me know how they turned out! I would love to see them :)
