What you will need:
White Styrofoam cone (I used 11 7/8" X 3 15/16")
4 sheets of music (more if using larger cone)
Hot Glue Gun
Ruler

Take your sheet music and a ruler and mark every 1 inch on the sheet along the side. Cut your one inch sections. Take four 1 inch sections and cut the bottom about every 1/4 inch to create a fringe but do not cut all the way through. Don't worry about each fringe being the same size. Then take the top part of the strip that is not cut and roll it towards the bottom. Do the same on the other side. Repeat until you have enough strips to cover your cone. Starting at the bottom use hot glue to layer each strip onto the cone.
